Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used orthopedic braces are non-returnable.

Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
